1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item, size, color, or quantity.
  • The product significantly differs from its description on our website.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the order invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and swimwear
  • Cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size or color delivered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged products received during delivery

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

5. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or mobile financial services such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket after verification.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong product sent
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Seller’s error

We will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any customer-related reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if it meets the eligibility criteria.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing photographs or videos of the package and product.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
